The following are terms and conditions for the sale of goods that will govern any contract for sale that we enter into with you. Please read these terms and conditions carefully.

Payment Method

In our Store - Natu Bike accept payment via PayPal, Credit Card, Debit Card, and Cash.

Local Payment Method - Natu Bike accept payment via Debit Card or Credit Card and Banking/Wire Transfer.

Unfortunately we currently unable to accept American Express.

Please note that online payments are taken upfront.

We have a developed a highly advanced secure online payment processing system so that when you pay by card with Natu Bike you can be confident that your details are kept safe. Please note that we do not store any card details on our website.

All card transactions go through the following fraud checking procedures:

We perform an initial card and address details check
3D Secure - Also known as Verified by Visa and Mastercard Secure code - This is a check that allows a password to be used for additional security.
International Payment Method - Natu Bike accept payment via PayPal, Bank/Wire Transfer and Western Union. We did not serve International orders under $ 1,000.00

Order Acceptance

Order Acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch of the Products ordered to you unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have canceled it in accordance with the instructions below Cancellations.

Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

* The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
* Our inability to obtain authorization for your payment
* The identification of a pricing or product description error


We aim to dispatch goods to you within 2-5 working days but we cannot give an exact delivery date. We also may deliver the goods in several consignments but will not charge any extra delivery for this.


We try very hard to exceed our customer expectations. In case we fail and you need to complain about our service then please email us at order@natubike.com

We will acknowledge all questions or queries within a maximum period of 24 hours.


If, for any reason, you are unhappy or simply do not want the products you have ordered, please let us know within 30 days of receiving them and we will arrange for a full refund to be made after you return the goods to us in their original condition. This 30 day period starts the day after you receive the goods. The refund will be made within 30 days of cancellation. Please see the section of Return Policy for more information.

If you wish to cancel before the items are despatched, you are asked to contact us, by e-mail as soon as is practicably possible. If your cancellation is received after the items have been despatched just send it back to us unopened for a refund of full purchase price.
